Multiple births

In some twin pregnancies: the cesarean section may be more advisable to ensure the health of mothers or babies. When it comes to three or more children, for example, obstetricians almost invariably opt for this method. They also recommend an intervention of this type if any of the following conditions:

• The first baby (who was playing before leaving) a breech or transverse position.

• The weight of children is more than 500 grams between them.

• One of the babies (or more) less than 1800 grams.

• difficulties also are common during childbirth. It is even possible that the doctor be unusually drawn to the second baby by caesarean section, although the first has already been born vaginally.
