How to prevent bone pain


It is often confuse osteoporosis with arthritis. So often those affected expect a joint pain and numbness, but those are symptoms of arthritis. Osteoporosis is asymptomatic and does not cause pain until a fracture appears. For this reason experts advise not to wait any symptoms and consult with your doctor to know your risk factor by age and nutrition.
