• For the salad of cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli should be cooked in advance, but not too much.
• If the heads of cauliflower and broccoli are high, should be divided and cooking.
• These allow the use of vegetable sauces vinaigrettes, mayonnaise sauce, yogurt or combinations between them.
• The leaves of cabbage and cauliflower can be added to the broth.
