Aerobics for beginners

Activities for Beginners: should start with 10 minutes between light to moderate exercise three times a week.

• Warm up a walk for 5 minutes, then work out at the right point of your heartbeat for 10 minutes and finished with 5 minutes of stretching.

• Add one minutes of exercise per week, ie, an increase of 10 percent. In order to improve their fitness, not only to reduce their risk of disease, you should practice at least 20 minutes of moderate activity three times a week.

• For more benefits and, perhaps, to prolong their life, try to reach a more vigorous exercise regimen and intend to carry out 45 minutes a day, four or five times a week.

• Note: Check with your doctor before starting any program. Once you are comfortable with this routine.
