Tips to calm the tummy ache


"Take infusions of balm, anise and chamomile. Do it in small sips and not excessive.

-Make a short fast or swallow soft foods. Chew slowly.

-Apply heat to your belly. Best is a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel.

"Ultimately, an enema warm water (one liter of water or camomile tea, mixed with a teaspoon of salt).
