Baby Exercises


• Control head (two months) supports your baby on a pillow round torso and lift head, encouraged by any item or toy that moves before your eyes.

• Strengthen the leg muscles (from two months): the mother should press with a rubber tube and push with your butt baby.

• Abdominal (from three months) when the baby is lying, take your hands and gently take him to a sitting position. Do not repeat more than five or six times.

• Massage the soles of the feet (after six months): corrects minor defects and prepares the foot for a baby to have good support at the time of taking their first steps.

• Body Massages (any age) after exercise, relax muscles and embody the contact with the mother.
