Study on osteoporosis

A new study by Israeli scientists revealed that the bone machine women between the ages of 45 and 60 years represent a drastic decrease of calcitriol a metabolite of vitamin D that is essential for normal bone function.

This study did not find a parallel phenomenon among men sheds new light on one of the causes of osteoporosis, a debilitating bone disease that afflicts one in three women over 60 years.

The findings of this study are in addition to the ever more abundant evidence that calcitriol is a key element in causing both osteoporosis and for its cure.
