Salts of grass

The salts of grass show up as alternatives to season the foods, without increasing the salt, although you are not always this way.

Not they are salts without salt." Some yes they contain salt, the percent usually oscillates between the 70 and 90%.

In some cases, mixtures lacking sodium exist with similar flavor to the salt; they are contraindicated in cases of renal dysfunctions.

In fact, people that should cap your usage of salt, would have to make the same thing with this class of salts. Of consuming them, they will choose the products with a smaller percent of salt and that they are of biologic origin, I eat for example, the salt of garlic.

Without any doubt, the aromatic plants are a better election like replacement of the salt. To know how to exploit the flavors and aromas of the thyme, the basil, the romero, the sage or the tarragon is an option that integrate better the pleasure with the health.
