The exercise of rowing

• Benefits
Whether you're paddling in a lake freely enjoying the scenery, or practice indoors on a stationary rowing machine, you get the big advantages of a sport aerobic, thereby strengthening your arms, legs, torso and abdomen. And it's better if you have the motivation of a competition to win.

• Its disadvantages.
If you're in very good shape, this is a very comprehensive exercise. But most of us use our backs too risky to suffer any injury to minimize the exercise in other parts of our body. And sometimes, if you do not in a lake with beautiful scenery, can become a monotonous sport.

• The best way to practice.
Practical twice a week, when combined with your routine weights. After
a warming of 10 or 15 minutes, maintaining a moderate pace of 20 per minute REM. Increase your rate of 40 to 45 per minute Remo and ends with the same pace with which started. Try each of these series has a duration of 15 minutes, then cools your muscles.
