How to expire and to win to the fear

We all feel fear, and you are not bad. Thanks to him, we outlive as specie, because your feature is the one of protecting us of the hazard. This fear, healthy and intelligent, avoids, for example that tell to a superior what we think really of him, or that we take a taxi managed by an intoxicated pipeline. On the other hand, the fear is an emotion loaded with diverse contents. This way, you are fears common to all, as the fear to the failure, to the rejection, to the forfeitures or the changes, and other, more personal. Other more communio times, the fear that we feel is not a normal and justified fear, but a fear that reponde to other lawsuits. In this sense, they are many those that are afraid in front of an imaginary threat or those that exaggerate the risks or the pressure that a status causes you. In these cases, although the threat is not actual, the fear unchains the organic same reactions: throbs, perspiration, tremor, jams, among other. This irrational fear is called by the psychologists "non adaptativo" because you are not useful to adapt to the environment, on the contrary, you lock us and you prevent to face in an appropriate way the challenges.

The first step to expire the fear is to accept that all we feel it and the second, to identify which this fear is, because not always and easy to realize it. In that case, the best thing is to center us in which the motivation of that fear can be: to be integrated in the group?, to make a lot of money? to achieve the objectives?. In feature of what motivate you, will be able to act on the lawsuit that provoke it.

To look at the fear to the face and to give you the place that deserve, is an important step so that you don't paralyze us. Our worst enemy is always the own mind, since we are able to imagine much worse things that the reality.

We offer you a financial year so that you can expire your fear:

You cut two ribbons of paper of about 15 cm. of width for 1 meter long. Support them on a table in a vertical and parallel way. You light a white candle and you meditate observing your flame on the four more intense desires in these moments for your life. I know punctual and note them in one of the paper ribbons, in vertical sense.
Then, in the parallel ribbon to the one that have written, writes a fear or anxiety associated to the corresponding desire.
You adjoin both ribbons making bare to the height of each desire with your respective fear. You think positively that you will overcome it.
To conclude, you burn the two ribbons with the flame of the candle in a remote place and you bury the ashes.
You will see as your fear you will disappear very soon.
