
You fast:
A juice of fresh tomatoes with a sheet of mint.
Breakfast:
A small plate with fresh fruits: pear, apple, papaya and tangerines.
Lunch:
Cooked half chicken breast with tomato salad, blows and soya buds. To season with olive oil and lemon. You are also added celery salad and spinach in the wanted quantity.
Snack:

You have dinner:
A can of natural sardines or in sauce of tomatoes. A salad of tomatoes, blows, lettuce and soya buds.
Before bedtime:
1 juice of fresh tomatoes with a sheet of mint.
