Diet Shock

Day 1: Only liquid (wanted quantity).
Natural juice of fruits, 6 to 8 fruits + you dilute and edulcorating agent to taste.
You encourage diet.
Consommé.
Soup of vegetables: spinaches, carrots, Italian zapallo, asparagus, onion and salt (all liquiado).

Day 2: Vegetarian
Breakfast:
1 tea with saccharin.
4 cookies integral soda + marmalade diet.
2 fruits.

Lunch:
1 cup of rice.
Spinach tortilla or mushrooms.
Tomatoes and asparagus (wanted quantity).

Late:
1 plate of gelatina diet + fruits to taste.
Tea of grass, wanted quantity.

Collation: 19:00 hours.
Carrot sticks, celery and mushrooms in sauce of yogurt descremado.

You have dinner:
1/2 padded avocado with choclo and grated carrot.
Lettuce and artichokes with lemon or vinegar (wanted quantity).

Day 3: Proteíco.
Breakfast:
1 tea with milk descremada.
1/2 marraqueta with bird ham, cheese gauda or mosarella.
1 fruit.

Lunch:
200 gr. bife to the iron with green salads + 1 spurge or carrot.

Half Afternoon:
1/2 quesillo tube with marmalade diet or turkey ham.
Tea of grass (wanted quantity).

You have dinner:
200 gr. fish or tuna + asparagus, artichokes, paprika, dragon teeth, cabbage and tomato (wanted quantity).

You prostrate:
2 pellets of pineapple ice cream.

Day 4 at 7.
4 normal foods a day in moderate quantities and avoiding the fats.
1 daily maximum bread.
4 fruits.
4 cups of vegetables a day.
2 liters of liquid without sugar a day.
