What to eat among foods?

If you feel the necessity to eat something among foods, make it, but you follow this advice if you want it: you offer that these foods among the foods pricipales belong to the groups of foods that it don't generally include you in your foods. If you eat few fruits and vegetables, you compensate this lack. There are some intelligent proposals of the American Association here of Dietetic:

-Polenta squares, baked and covered with ribbons of red and green pepper.

-Sándwich of bread Arab tuna fill, with mayonnaise light and chopped celery.

-Arróz bread covered with cheese Cheddar.

-Yogurt descremado, with fruits and some integral cereal.

-Bran rolls anointed with cream cheese of low calories and grape raisins.
