What you pass when consuming liquid in the body

If you are something that we have very clear regarding the liquid, you are that we should drink two liters or three at least, of water per day to have a good health. But... why?

All ésto has an explanation. Firstly it is necessary to mention that the ullage of liquids, produces alterations in the corporal physiology. You look how you are manifested when you get lost liquid (percent) for example in the physical activity:

- 2% begins the difficulties in the regulation of the temperature.
- 3% diminishes the muscular submitted.
- 4-6% diminishes the muscle strength, the muscular submitted, and you increase the probability of cramps a lot.
- More than 6% cramps, blow of heat, coma and you die.

The percent of loss of liquid, is in connection with the body weight. You observe the following table:

In a woman of 60 kilograms
2%................................................. 1,2 kilograms
3%................................................. 1,8 kilograms
6%................................................. 3,6 kilograms

In a man of 80 kilograms
2%................................................. 1,6 kilograms
3%................................................. 2,4 kilograms
6%................................................. 4,8 kilograms
