Most of your time what's happening in your work or business, and then, most of your time will not share with your family, but with your peers and superiors. Then, the work environment is not a marginal area, quite the contrary: this is an area vital to occupy the greatest time of your life.

At the outset, we must emphasize the development of relations based on mutual understanding.
