Relax: a healthy exercise

The technique of muscle relaxation, it is essential to defuse conflict situations, as well as to address situations critical to the same level.

It is therefore essential to practicing relaxation before and after that situation that you both angry (you can intuit a problem or know you are going to face some very tough).

The steps to this dynamic are as follows:

Sit quietly in a comfortable position and closes its eyes.

You need to choose a quiet place where you can feel relaxed, and in turn that you like so that the result is optimal.

It relaxes your muscles slowly all of your body, starting with your toes and then going upwards for the rest of your body, until finally, the neck and head.

Once you've achieved all your muscles relax, no matter how long you carry because it is your time of day, imagine you're in a magical place, a place with which it has always dreamed of, where peace prevails, and where you're alone. Of course, imagine totally relaxed and smooth in this space.

Try to see yourself very clearly on this site and looks like you're happy and smiling.


Practise this exercise as often as possible and as needed, at least once a week for at least ten minutes.

Over time, automate the process relax and get in a few seconds.
