As moisturize dry skin and flakes

When it's cold, we tend to drink more coffee. Too much caffeine, like the
Lack of moisture caused by heat, dehydrate the skin throughout the body.
Do not scratch or rub the skin when it dries it just get more irritating the affected area.

A better strategy is to use creams for the body that contains citric acid and antioxidants. In addition, we reduced the amount of coffee and takes at least six glasses of water per day.
