Breathing Exercise: sore throat, neck or ears

Focus on the throat, neck and ears. Breathe deep to six times, exhaling slowly. Sit on the floor with the soles of his feet and faced the back-straight-position of the Buddha's head and turn in circles three times to the right and three on the left, breathing normally.

Repeat this exercise three times. End with a moment of relaxation in the same position, with eyes closed.
