Breathing Exercise: mental health

Standing, to focus on the head and eyes. Breathe deeply five times, exhaling slowly. Visualize the energy flowing through your eyebrows, on their face and head. Lift your arms up to shoulder level with palms facing up. Inhaling, elévelos until the palms come together above his head and then let them fall gently.
