How to train and improve memory

Throughout the time the memory is weakened. The following recommendations will help you stay forever "trained"

• Attend meetings and courses.

• Read at least the headlines of newspapers. If you prefer, opt for a book.

• Do crosswords, it's a very good option to exercise your memory and boost attention.

• Drink plenty of water and walk for at least 30 minutes every day.

• Do not drink alcohol to excess.

• Avoid tension and stress.
