Easing the pain of menstruation


"Take infusions of sage, yarrow, lemon balm and meadowsweet.

-Do warm compresses to the abdomen. For example, a cloth soaked in water with high salt and then drained. Change it every time you go cold.

-Make a hot sitz bath or bidet in the bath.

"Do rest and be calm. The pains persist till the period, and increase with the nerves.
