Vigorous activities: increased oxygen consumption more than six times the level burned by the body at rest:
• Walking very quickly, three to four miles per hour.
• Biking swiftly, 8 to 10 miles per hour.
• Swim or crawl quickly.
• Exercises with scaler.
• Tennis and paddle.
• Canoeing fast, more than three miles per hour.
• Move heavy furniture.
• Cut the lawn mower manual.
