The 3 phases of chronic stress


First phase:
Continuous headaches, digestive disorders (diarrhea, constipation), nausea, heart palpitations, hyper-physical and mental difficulty sleeping.

Second stage or intermediate stage:
Feeling of chest tightness, tachycardia, muscle tension, decrease in sexual desire, hypertension, hyperactivity alternating reluctantly insomnia.


Third face, deep phase or Burn out:
Profound weakness, decreased immunity, nightmares, ulcers, loss of care, changes in weight, inability to relax, excessive drinking coffee or snuff.
