How to prevent thrombosis

A recent study published in the American journal JAMA, in which 72,488 women are analyzed, results showed that physical activity has a decisive impact on the chances of suffering a stroke. The paper argues that the preventive measures recommended by an average of 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise, preferably daily.

Other data provided by the study suggests that sedentary women who begin in some physical exercise in adulthood have a lower risk of thrombotic stroke compared with those of similar age who lead a sedentary life. This finding implies that sedentary adults may reduce the risk of an attack of this kind if they decide to join the practice of physical activity.
