The image to be transmitted in the workplace, is a compendium of skills, whose base is know to be in the right place at the right time.

The relationship with your boss, must be kept in mind the following points:

- To demonstrate a positive message.
- Companies, valued above all, emotional support and human qualities.
- Efforts should be made to solve problems, but without falling into a boast nor excessive confidence.
- The language used should always be clear and direct.
- In the apparatus of eye contact, posture and voice, trying to offer a trusting attitude.

With colleagues, you should take into account:

- It is important to create an atmosphere of harmony, enhancing empathy with others.
- It must incorporate all signs of cordiality in the relationship daily.
- A benevolent attitude will prevent conflicts.
- Competitiveness: we must do our best, without appropriating the success of others.
- Do not constantly seek the approval of others.
- Controlling emotions is vital to avoid unwise.
