Hygiene in pregnancy

Due to the large changes caused by pregnancy, the female genital tract is more susceptible to infections, irritations and injuries at this time so special. It is essential that pregnant women maintain a proper hygiene.

Shower daily. The bathroom shower is preferable, especially in late pregnancy. This should be used daily and is a neutral non-irritating gel.
