Tips for rest and relaxation

Rest and relaxation:

-Programs in small groups for personal care. Try them on you, for you.

-Be sure to relax. Sink your shower gel, dip in reading a good book and stay away from the phone.

"The incense sticks are a good way to induce relaxation. Select a species that is not too strong (sandalwood, jasmine or roses for example).

"Do you think your birthday. Is held every day for a promotion, achieving long-term or for any other reason?.

"This is a great idea ... allow time for you with a good book and a cup of tea. Remember, if your mind and body are rested, be more productive and happy.
