To check if a person is exceeded of weight, a very simple method exists and I specify: the pointer of corporal (IMC) mass that one obtains dividing the current weight for the cuadrodo of the size (the person's height).
For example, if a woman weighs 54 kilos, and you measure 1.63 meters; the mathematical operation to calculate IMC is the following one:
54: (1.63 x 1.63) = 20.32
Here the result is located inside the normal weight. The significant table regarding this last are the following one:
1 - if IMC is inside the values 18.5 - 24.9; the weight will be normal.
2 - if the value of IMC is inside 25 - 29.9, we are in front of a person that possess overweight.
3 - if you are about somebody with a value of IMCentre 30 - 39.9, the person is obese.
4 - if IMC is bigger than 40, the person suffers then of a severe obesity.
