The constitution and the normal sex characteristics can in some occasions to suffer alterations of importance and to rebound in the person's development. These shortcomings, take place during the formation of the embryo and in them physical and functional stigmata of both sexes coexist, generally for the prevalence of one of them.

Inside the same ones we find:

The abnormalities vulvales.
Absence of the vulva can exist, for not being had developed, but this malformation generally goes accompanied by others that are incompatible with the life.

The feminine pseudo hermaphrodites.
They are women whose genital extraneous they offer characters viriloides, for a great increase of the clitoris that can look like a penis, with the biggest lips also enhanced of size and something soldered in the half line; they can even acquire the aspect of some bags to house the testicles.

The masculine pseudo hermaphrodites.
They constitute 90% of the extraneous malformations of the genital ones, because during the embryonal development, if they fail the male hormones, he/she stops the development of the male one and on the other hand the female continues being developed in spite of the failure of the ovarian hormones. They are men to mean to form that can have a rudimentary uterus or a vagina that he/she opens up under the penis. But they can also be hardly men with a penis developed and genital extraneous in finishing being formed and that they can look like a rudimentary vulva. It is about individuals that, in the moment to be born, they were browsed superficially and classified as girl, educating you as such. With the years they go to the gynecologist for their menstruation ullage, or to appear two tumoraciones in what you/they believe that they are the big lips, being about some not very developed testicles; or for their ullage of mammary development and even being believed women by their sexual longing of other women, since in fact their constitution, its true sex, is the masculine one and what has failed has only been the formation of the extraneous genital. These are the cases that, in a sensationalist way, the daily press classifies as of woman that has transformed into man, when in fact there has not been conversion.

The different malformations.
Among them they can be: not very developed vulvas; the hole of the anus that opens up in the vagina instead of making it in their habitual place; the urethra that can open up in the vagina in the woman or in the bag of the testicles in the man; the imperforación of the hymen; the vagina absence and of uterus, or the vagina absence and persistence of the uterus. Here they can show up different variants, but naturally, all they disable the gestation. The vagina absence constitutes 30% of the malformations vaginal vulvo and in most of the cases he/she accompanies of uterus absence and of ovaries; or at least these enter a development deficit.

The hermaphroditisms.
Of these the true ones are strange. It is about beings intersexuals, with genital combined. They have ovotestes, that is to say, half ovary and half testicle; or, a testicle and an ovary. If the extraneous genital are observed, they are of doubtful constitution, being able to find testicles in more form of lips, organ that you/they oscillate between the feminine clitoris and the masculine penis and all kinds of variants. The treatment should be inclined to favor the sex for which you/they figure entered and to which you/they have accommodated its psyche that is generally the feminine one, making in this possible case a sexual activity that for passive, it is fully feasible by means of a surgical intervention, being created an artificial vagina.
